Protection and security of personal data

Mustakivi 17 OÜ is committed to protecting the personal data and privacy of its customers and users. Our activities are in compliance with all relevant activities and relevant European Union legislation and the laws of the Republic of Estonia, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council.

Mustakivi 17 OÜ takes every precaution (including administrative, technical and physical measures) to protect the personal data collected. Only authorised persons have access to modify and process data. Personal data is stored on servers located in the territory of a Member State of the European Union or in the territory of countries that have acceded to the European Economic Area.

Types of personal data and purposes of processing

We collect and process:

1. Personal data that can be directly or indirectly associated with a person, such as first and last name, personal identification number, address, telephone number, postal code, e-mail address. We collect and process personal data for the performance of contracts with the individual, to contact the individual, to send marketing-related information or to comply with legal obligations.

If you consent to the processing of your personal data through the Lasnamäe Prisma shopping centre websites or other marketing activities, you agree that Mustakivi 17 OÜ may process your personal data for the following purposes:

• To send you offers, newsletters, catalogues and any other marketing/marketing information to keep you informed.
  Lasnamäe Prisma’s products, services and activities, as well as Lasnamäe Prisma’s activities in general.
• To carry out customer satisfaction or feedback surveys, including contacting you after the survey has been carried out by Lasnamäe Prisma.

2. Non-personally identifiable data that cannot be linked to a specific individual. Such data may include information about activity or activity on websites linked to Lasnamäe Prisma shopping centre (through cookies) and is collected for the purposes of web statistics and to provide a better service to our customers.

Third parties and authorised persons

We will not transfer, sell or disclose your information to third parties without your prior consent, except as required by law or regulation.

Mustakivi 17 OÜ has the right to transfer personal data to the group companies to which Mustakivi 17 OÜ belongs.

Access, rectification, blocking of data processing

You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, subject to the conditions set out in the Personal Data Protection Act. Under the conditions set out in the law, you have the right to obtain information about your personal data and the processing of your personal data, to request the rectification of inaccurate personal data and, where the processing of your personal data is not permitted by law, to request the cessation, blocking and erasure of the processing of your personal data.

If you wish to opt out of direct marketing offers for all or some of the topics, you can do so immediately via the link at the footer of each marketing email you send. The amendment will enter into force immediately.

Data retention

Personal data will be kept for up to 7 years from the last interaction with us, due to the obligation to prove transactions under accounting law. Interaction is considered to be, among other things, responding to direct marketing by viewing or clicking on a link.

The data collected by non-personal technical websites and service environments will be stored indefinitely.

By using the Websites and/or the Services, you have read and accepted these terms and conditions. Mustakivi 17 OÜ reserves the right to change the terms of this Privacy Policy by notifying customers on the website, by e-mail or otherwise.
